We only collect the data you enter yourself in the website’s forms:

• Interest form: name, email address, mobile number with country code, city, track of interest, and an optional note about your goal.
• Course application form: the details above, plus your relevant previous experience and any questions or notes you write.
• Contact form: name, email address, subject and message.
• Participant page: your email address, to send you a sign-in link.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for passport, national ID or health information, and we do not need it on this platform. Please do not include such information in any text field.

How we use the data

• To review course applications and notify you of their status.
• To let you know when registration opens in the track you registered interest in.
• To reply to your messages and enquiries.
• To give accepted participants access to their course details.
• To protect the forms from repeated submissions and automated messages.

Technical data and cookies

To protect the forms from abuse, we use your IP address in a one-way hashed form to limit how many times a form can be sent within a short period.

We only use essential cookies: to keep you signed in to the participant page or the admin dashboard, and to remember a targeted-course code you entered. We do not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers.

Who can see the data

Applicants’ data is never shown publicly. Only authorised members of the platform team can access it, through a protected admin dashboard.

We rely on technical service providers to run the website — such as hosting, the database and email delivery — and they process data for that purpose only. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

We keep data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, through the website’s contact form — please mention the email address you used.
