Travel Agent
A free course that introduces participants to working in travel and tourism agencies, from understanding travelers’ needs and providing advice, through preparing offers and using booking platforms, to customer service and following up on financial transactions. The course combines live sessions with practical exercises to share day-to-day work experience with those interested in learning the profession.

- Customer service and booking follow-up before, during, and after travel.
- Accounting basics related to bookings, costs, commissions, and payments.
- A practical exercise on a complete travel request, from inquiry to booking follow-up.

- Session 6: A comprehensive exercise on a travel request and discussion of participants’ work.
How to attend
Live online sessions, including interactive instruction, screen sharing, and exercises supervised by the trainer. The session link and course schedule are displayed for accepted participants on the participant page.
